いつも古着再生工房INOTORIをご利用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

当店では、日本国外のお客様へ向けた海外販売代行サービス「World Shopping BIZ」を導入しておりましたが、諸般の事情により、2026年5月27日をもちまして当店における同サービスの取り扱いを終了させていただくこととなりました。

「一点ものの古着を世界中のお客様へお届けしたい」という想いで運営してまいりましたが、現在の自社サイトではINOTORIの取り組みを十分に表現しきれておらず、海外のお客様を安心してお迎えする準備がまだ整っていないと痛感いたしました。そこで、より良いサービスをお届けできるよう、誠に勝手ながら一度当店の海外発送対応をリセットし、体制を整え直す決断をいたしました。これまでページに足を運んでいただいたお客様には、心より感謝申し上げます。

なお、今後も日本国内のECモール（Yahoo!オークション、メルカリShops）や自社サイト（BASE）での販売は継続してまいります。 各モールが提携している公式の海外購入代行サービス等を経由していただければ、引き続き海外からのご購入も可能です。もし気になる商品がございましたら、そちらの方法をご検討いただけますと幸いです。

We have been offering the international shipping proxy service "World Shopping BIZ" for our overseas customers. However, due to various circumstances, we regret to inform you that we will discontinue our use of this service on our website as of May 27, 2026.

Our passion for delivering one-of-a-kind vintage clothing to customers around the world remains unchanged. However, we feel that our current website does not fully express our vision and that we are not yet fully prepared to welcome our overseas customers with the best possible experience. Therefore, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend our shop's direct international shipping support to restructure and improve our system. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the customers who have used this service.

Please be assured that we will continue our sales on our domestic e-commerce platforms: our official website (BASE), Yahoo! Auctions, and Mercari Shops.

You can still purchase our items from overseas by using the official proxy buying services (such as Buyee, etc.) affiliated with each marketplace. If you find any items you like, we would highly appreciate it if you could consider using those methods.
